The Main Event

For couples who planned it all and just want to enjoy it.

You’ve booked the vendors and mapped out the day—we’ll step in to bring it to life. We connect early enough to learn your vibe, finalize your flow, and run the day so you can actually live it.

You get to enjoy:

  • 90, 60 and 30 day planning calls

  • Vendor check-ins + Day-of timeline creation

  • Rehearsal support (1 hour)

The Weekender

If you’re hosting multiple events—like welcome drinks, rehearsal dinner, or a day-after brunch—this package ensures the whole weekend feels cohesive and carefree. We’re with you from the first toast to the last hug.

WAKE-UP & WIND-DOWN

For brunches, sendoffs, and mornings where no one wants to do the dishes.

Brunch Setup + Clean-Up – $350

I’ll set the tables, coordinate food drops, and make sure your family isn’t spending the morning cleaning. Just hot coffee and chill vibes.

HOUSE HARMONY

For shared stays, big groups, and making sure everyone knows what’s what.

Fridge + Food Labeling System – $100

Color-coded bins and labels so guests know what’s theirs (and what’s not). No snack drama or confusion.

Printed Weekend Guest Guide – $150

A branded, printed schedule for shared houses or venues. Includes addresses, Wi-Fi, daily flow—so no one’s asking you what time dinner is (again).

Custom Guest Signage Package – $200

Clear, stylish signage for everything from bathrooms to meals, welcome zones to “shoes off” areas. Designed to match your vibe and printed for display.

Do you travel? What will it cost?

Absolutely—anywhere love leads.
Here’s exactly how travel fees work so there are no surprises:

  • We would arrive on the day of the reception and wedding.

    This covers mileage + prep.

    This is included with all packages.

  • We would arrive on the day of the reception and wedding.

    This covers mileage + prep time + gas.

    Flat rate of $150 for for one (1) coordinator, additional fee for assistant.*

  • We would arrive the night before the reception and wedding.

    This covers mileage + prep time + gas + one (1) hotel room.

    Flat rate of $500 for one (1) coordinator, additional fee for assistant.*

  • We would arrive one (1) to two (2) days before the reception and wedding.

    This covers lodging + mileage / airfare + meals + extended prep.

    Rate starting at $850 for two (2) coordinator, additional fee for assistant.*

*Fees cover our lead coordinator. If your package requires a second coordinator and we’re traveling overnight, we’ll include their lodging and meals in a custom quote.

Why the overnight rule?
If your wedding starts before 10 AM and is more than 2½ hours from Sacramento, arriving the same morning risks delays and fatigue. An overnight stay means we show up rested, on-time, and fully focused on running your day.
