Hi, I’m Destin — the person behind The Wedding Lead.

I created The Wedding Lead because I believe couples deserve to fully experience their wedding day instead of spending it managing timelines, answering questions, or carrying the stress of everything happening behind the scenes.

What started as helping support family weddings quickly revealed something I naturally thrive in: bringing calm to high-energy environments, organizing moving pieces, guiding people with confidence, and making sure everyone feels taken care of throughout the celebration.

I love being the steady presence behind the scenes — coordinating vendors, managing logistics, solving problems quietly, and protecting the flow and energy of the day so couples can stay present in the moments that matter most.

Around here, wedding coordination is about more than keeping things on schedule. It’s about creating space for real memories, meaningful connection, and a wedding experience that feels supported from beginning to end.

My goal is simple: for you to feel calm, cared for, and free to actually enjoy your wedding weekend while I handle the details behind the scenes.
